The Postnatal
Course

Having a new baby, whether it’s your first or not, can be a huge life adjustment. We often spend so long preparing for the birth that after the baby arrives, we can be left feeling at a loss. Postnatal care is so important, yet so often we are left to fend for ourselves with so many questions, no solid answers and no help in sight.

Welcome to the Raising Babies postnatal course! The in-person course gives you all the support you need, when you need it most. Open to mums and dads, we cover everything you want to know about the first months of your baby’s life, from sleep and infant first aid to baby milestones and play ideas, as well as a friendly group of new parent friends to share in the highs and lows with you.

Run by Sophie, ‘The Baby Expert’ (or @mummypickles as she is known to her 43,000+ online followers), a mummy to three, infant and early childhood development expert (BA certified), qualified first aid instructor and parenting expert for huge baby brands, Munchkin and Kiddylicious. The classes are designed to be reassuring, open and comforting, with all parenting styles welcomed.

So, come and join us for a warm drink, a delicious slice of cake and a good old chat about life beyond birth and raising babies.
